Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Who we are
Meridian Clothiers is operated by Meridian Clothiers, a business based in the United Kingdom.
Principal place of business: London, United Kingdom.
Contact: support@meridianclothiers.com.

2. Scope
These Terms govern all purchases made via meridianclothiers.com by consumers located in the UK and the European Union/EEA.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Prices, VAT & Duties
Prices are shown in GBP/EUR as indicated and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. For non-EU/UK deliveries, additional duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.

5. Ordering & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We email an order confirmation; the contract forms when we dispatch items and send a shipping confirmation.

6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method.

7. Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details. Meridian Clothiers is not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK cooling-off)
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without reason. Follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us. We refund the product price (and the standard delivery cost, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

9. Faulty Goods (UK/EU statutory rights)
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. In the EU, you may be entitled to remedies under local law.

10. Product Information
Colours and textures may vary depending on device displays. Dimensions are approximate. Minor variations customary to textiles are not defects.

11. IP Rights
All content is owned by Meridian Clothiers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our IP without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For UK customers: English law; courts of England & Wales.
For EU customers: governing law is that of your country of residence; you may bring proceedings in your local courts as required by EU consumer law.

14. Complaints & ADR
Contact support@meridianclothiers.com. EU customers may use the EU ODR Platform.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically; the version in force at your order time applies to that order.
