Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Cooling-off (EU/UK)
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. To exercise, email support@meridianclothiers.com with your order number. You must return items within 14 days of notifying us.

2. Condition of returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags/packaging. Please use appropriate packaging to protect the item.

3. Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, underwear/socks (if sold) and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Return costs
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refunds
We refund the product price (and the standard outbound delivery cost, if any) within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or acceptable proof of return, using the original payment method.

6. Faulty or misdescribed items
If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly. UK customers: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. EU customers: statutory remedies apply under local law.

7. Exchanges
Subject to stock availability. Otherwise we process as a return and new order.
